旋流器采用碳钢铸胶工艺制作,耐高温,耐酸碱腐蚀,耐流体冲刷磨蚀,使用寿命长;

进料口采用渐开线、下旋线、外旋线多项专利技术,减少湍流及盖下流,提高旋流器分级效率;

进料管采用由椭圆渐变为多边形给入,有利于层流的形成;

筒体采用合理的柱锥段长度比例,较高的内表面光洁度,降低物料在旋流器内的湍流程度,提高分级效率

底流口采用大锥角结构,有效降低底流夹细,提高了分级效率

方便的溢流管、底流口更换结构,有利于现场维护及更换。

The cyclone is made with carbon steel casting and rubber lining, which makes it resistant to high temperature, acid and alkali corrosion, as well as fluid erosion and abrasion, resulting in a long service life.

The feed inlet adopts multiple patented technologies including involute, lower spiral, and outer spiral lines, which reduce turbulence and underflow under the cover, improving the classification efficiency of the cyclone.

The feed pipe is designed to gradually transition from an elliptical shape to a polygonal shape, facilitating the formation of laminar flow.

The cylinder adopts a reasonable length ratio between the cylindrical and conical sections, with a high inner surface smoothness, reducing turbulence of materials within the cyclone and enhancing classification efficiency.

The underflow exit features a large cone angle structure, effectively reducing fine particles entrainment in the underflow and improving classification efficiency.

The overflow pipe and underflow exit are designed with a convenient replacement structure, facilitating on-site maintenance and replacement.
